Where we ship, how long it takes, and what freight delivery looks like.
Free shipping over $75
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 within the contiguous US. Under that, standard shipping is a flat $6.99. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or outside the US right now.
Delivery estimates
- Standard: 3 to 6 business days for most items
- Expedited: 2 business days, added at checkout where available
- Freight (patio sets, sheds, grills): 5 to 10 business days
The estimate on the product page is your best guide, since it accounts for the item's warehouse. Orders placed after 2pm ET usually start processing the next business day.
Large & freight items
Bigger items ship by freight carrier and are left at your door or driveway. The carrier calls or texts to schedule a delivery window for the heaviest pieces. Please look the shipment over on arrival and note any obvious damage before you sign.
Tracking your order
You'll get a tracking link by email once the order ships. You can also find it under your order in your account. If tracking hasn't updated in a couple of days, let us know and we'll chase it down.
