Quenby returns & refund policy
- Return window is 30 days from delivery. Requests after 30 days are not eligible.
- Change-of-mind returns must be sent back in original condition before a refund is issued.
- Damaged or defective items can be refunded without a return when photos are provided.
- Clearance / final-sale items are not returnable or refundable.
- Refunds go to the original payment method only, for the amount paid.
